XMA-Omni Spectra® is searching for a skilled Engineering Technician.
Position is responsible for supporting design engineers for pre-production prototyping efforts. Will aid engineering in troubleshooting and resolution of production related issues.
Successful candidate will have 2-5 years experience in and RF/Microwave production and test environment. The candidate will have the ability to perform RF testing on Agilent Network Analyzer, complete test procedures, including management of data acquisition and test report preparation. Candidate will also need to assist engineering in pre-production builds, testing and documentation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience using digital multi meters, microscope and soldering irons. In addition, candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

XMA-Omni Spectra® is searching for a skilled Process Lab Lead.
Position is responsible for coordinating the production and assembly of thin and thick film circuits and circuit board products within acceptable quality standards at the lowest possible cost.
Successful candidate will have 6-8 years experience in thin film and thick film manufacturing, printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication, and thick film screen printing. Additionally, candidate will have the ability to provide general instructions, training and oversight of a small group of assemblers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience using deposition equipment, photolithography, plating baths, UV exposure equipment, Ohm meters, stereo microscope and thickness measuring equipment. In addition, candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using ERP software, high vacuum systems, dicing and waste treatment disposal is desired.
