Using the traditional, contracted Manufacturer's Representative approach proved problematic for XMA, in that, many companies have principal conflicts that are a mainstay for their business.  Our goal is to enter into exclusive relationships with strong Manufacturer's Representatives in each territory.  Unfortunately, conlicts can and do occur.  So, in the absence of an exclusive relationship in a territory, the Affiliate Sales Representative Program allows us to work with Representatives to capture business that would otherwise be lost at the discretion of their existing principal(s).

• Unique Part Numbering System to identify Affiliate Design-wins.
• 7% commission on Shipments of Affiliate Part Numbers, only.
• (Reduced) 5% commission on Standard Product with Affiliate Part Number sold thru XMA Stocking Distributors.
• No Split Commission.  All activity is based on Design-win.  We will not ask Affiliates to manage Buying and Ship-to locations, if these are not the same as the Design location.
• No House Accounts, in principle, however existing Private Label part numbers and relationships remain confidential and no commission will be paid on these existing parts.
• Commission paid monthly
• Minimal Active Management: No Quota, No Reports to XMA, Full training and support (incl. literature)
• Confidential at Affiliates discretion
• non-Confidential Affiliates will be advertised on our web site and marketing campaigns, and will receive equitably distributed leads from our Sales and Marketing efforts.
