XMA Corp. was born in 2003 when with the acquisition of the Omni
Spectra® Connectorized, Attenuators, and Terminations products from Tyco
Electronics, M/A-Com. The XMA team, which includes several former
M/A-COM employees, started the company, not only to revitalize the Omni
Spectra® line, but also to manufacture the next generation of passive RF
and microwave components, including the addition of power
dividers/combiners, directional couplers, and a variety of custom
configurations.
Today, XMA offers the original Omni Spectra® designed components and new
designs utilizing domestic, in-house processes. In 2010, XMA expanded
this in-house capability with our soft-board technology processes in
order to support our original Omni Spectra® Coupler and Divider
products. The company continues to create new standard and customized
solutions for some of the most advanced communications, military, and
aerospace applications today.
Located in Manchester, NH; XMA Corp. inhabits 10,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing floor space. With United States Design and Manufacturing, XMA manufactures proprietary Thin-film and Thick-film resistive elements, as well as Microwave Printed Circuit Boards. Since the beginning, XMA has differentiated itself with the use of our resistive "thin-film" hybrid, a proprietary resistor that allows components to perform well under temperature extremes, including cryogenic temperatures. As a result, our parts are especially well-suited for commercial, military, and aerospace applications. It is our thin-film technology that makes Omni Spectra® components vital in cutting-edge microwave solutions.
Coupled with assembly, test, and qualification capabilities in Manchester, NH; XMA provides standard and custom solutions from concept and prototype to full production with little outsourcing.
XMA Corp. operates in an ISO-9001:2000 quality framework. Full ISO 9001:2000 certification is in-process and is expected soon. Coupled with Mil-spec compliant design and qualification procedures, all of the XMA products meet or exceed the highest quality standards in the Microwave industry.
Understanding our obligation to comply with all International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), XMA Corp. maintains full United States design and manufacturing with a staff consisting entirely of United States Citizens.
Information contained within Customer requirements and orders may contain information subject to Export Control under the applicable requirements of ITAR (22 CFR, Chapter 1, Subchapter M, Parts 120-130). XMA makes every effort to protect customer technical data and products from Export.

Many of XMA Corp. products do not contain these substances and most others comply with limits/restrictions as detailed in this directive from the EU. XMA Corporation offers production quantities in RoHS-compliant versions and continues to pursue scientifically possible resolutions to reduce these materials from the balance of our products.
